Design Packages
If you're planning a remodel to transform your space, one of our Design Packages can help get you started. Whether you're hiring professionals or going the DIY route, you'll need a cohesive plan before the work begins.
All packages include a 40 minute virtual design consultation, floor plan, 3D renders, wall elevations, cabinets schedule, design notes and one round of revisions. See details below. Design packages do not include contracting/construction services, permitting or product sourcing.
Design Consultation
40 minute virtual design consultations are conducted via Zoom. We will do a virtual walk-through to discuss current challenges, design goals and ways to improve functionality. For homes located in Northwest Arkansas, you can upgrade to an on-site consultation for an additional fee.
Floor Plan
The floor plan is a 2D diagram, showing a scaled view of the room layout from above. Floor plans typically depict elements such as cabinets, appliances and furniture. Relevant dimensions are displayed as well. If permits are required, your city/county may require a floor plan in order to approve your project. Contractors will also refer to your floor plan to guide construction and installation.
Advanced 3D Renders
Renders are images, which show you what your finished space will look like. You will receive high-quality, realistic renders, similar to photographs. This will allow you to easily share your vision with others. You can also refer to renders when selecting specific objects to install in your space.
Wall Elevations
An elevation is a detailed, 2D diagram of an individual wall and any elements attached to it, complete with dimensions. You will receive an elevation for each wall containing design elements in your space. These function as a guide for building, ordering and installing objects such as doors, cabinets and appliances.
Cabinets Schedule
A cabinets schedule is a list of the cabinets included in the design, complete with details such as type, size, etc. You or your contractor can refer to the schedule when ordering or building cabinets for your space.
Design Notes & Recommendations
You will receive a summary of the observations, concerns and design goals discussed during your consultation, as well as recommendations for addressing them. Design notes will also include general advice on color schemes, materials and decor.
Revisions
Once the initial design is complete, you will receive a draft of the floor plan and a 3D render for review. Any changes you request will be applied before finalizing all of the deliverables.
Add-Ons
You can customize your package with extra services, for an additional fee. These may include On-Site Consultation Upgrade, Basic Electrical Plan, additional Revisions or many other options.
